- Qualifications & experience
- SMA/K education with minimum 3 years’ experience or D3/S1 in any major ( electrical engineering preferred)
- Have an interest in the B2B Sales/Marketing field.
- Accustomed to working with targets and deadlines.
- Have a good communication skill (verbal and writing).
- Have a good knowledge & databases in a packaging industry (plus point).
- Computer literate; MS Office (basic function and correspondences).
- Have good interpersonal & negotiation skills, discipline, and able to work individually and in a team.
- Must be able to speak English and Hokkien
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya and surrounding area
- Able to join ASAP.
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Searching new client who might use company products/services and also maximizing client potential in designated region.
- Developing long-term relationships through managing & interpreting client’s requirements.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product knowledge & after-sales support services.
- Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
- Supporting marketing activities & event.
