Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor Degree in any field, Logistics majority is an advantage
  • Having experience and knowledge on Shipping Agency, Freight Forwarding, Freight Management and Port Agency business
  • Detail oriented, able to meet tight deadline, good communication skill
  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing, language will be advantage;
  • Familiar with target or deadline, Multitasking
  • Full-Time position(s) available;
  • Excellent in negotiation and building relationship, have good interpersonal skill, good analytical thinking, good priority setting and communication skills

  • Open PO to supplier based on quantity, allocation of purchases based on area and grade
  • Monitor all shipments so that goods are sent immediately
  • Monitoring and ensuring that all PO closings (from the initial PO opening until delivery) are in accordance with procedures
  • Handle and checking all import process with local documents (invoice, P/L, AWB, Insurance, PO, E Form, AI Form, JIEAP Form, RCEP, BL, Invoice packing list, BC 23, Invoice, Packing List, HAWB/BL, COO, HS code, Import Policies and Laws, Tax, etc.).
  • Experience in handling Export Import activity including supported documents (Packing List, Invoice, PIB etc.)
  • Familiar with BC system
  • Experience in handling communication with related local authority such as Directorate General of Customs and Excise is an advantage.
  • Arranging shipment order delivery for export purpose as well as customs clearance process for import purpose and ensure the administrative task on internal well prepared to keep the communication with customs port running smoothly.
  • Help monitor ordered goods until they reach the warehouse
  • Communication and coordinating with exporter related documentation and shipment schedule.
  • Verify that all documentation adheres to import policies and laws.
  • Monitoring deliveries from suppliers to warehouses
  • Process purchase requests
  • Build good relationships with vendors
  • Ensuring the date of request and delivery in accordance with the agreement with the vendor/supplier
  • Negotiating prices and payment terms
