Job Description

  • The Process Optimization Manager is responsible for identifying, analyzing and improving the business processes of the enterprise, ensuring the efficiency and consistency of various business operations, and improving the overall management and operation efficiency of the enterprise by establishing and improving standardized systems and processes.
  • 1. Process sorting and optimization
  • – Analyze existing business processes, identify key processes and bottlenecks.
  • – Design and implement optimization plans to improve the efficiency and benefits of processes.
  • – Promote the automation and digital transformation of processes, reduce manual intervention and error rates.
  • 2. Establish standard systems
  • – Develop standardized operating procedures based on business needs to ensure consistency.
  • – Assist in formulating and updating the company’s internal management policies and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • 3. Improve management efficiency
  • – Monitor and analyze process performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
  • – Implement continuous improvement plans to promote efficiency improvements within the organization.
  • – Evaluate and optimize resource allocation to ensure maximum utilization of resources.
  • 4. Training and support
  • – Provide employees with training on relevant processes and systems to improve their execution capabilities and awareness.
  • – Provide support and consulting on processes and systems to various departments to help solve problems in operations.
  • 5. Cross-departmental collaboration
  • – Work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth implementation of process improvement plans.
  • – Lead or participate in cross-departmental process improvement projects to promote the achievement of project goals.
  • Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management/Engineering/Quality Management or other related majors
  • Minimum 5 years of extensive working experience in process management or related fields, familiar with process optimization tools and methods
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, able to identify problems in the process and make suggestions for improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in using process management tools (such as Visio, Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Have project management capabilities and be able to promote the parallel implementation of multiple projects.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (North Jakarta)
