- Lead teachers in fulfilling their spiritual role and work ethics
- Collaborate and assist the marketing team in promoting the image of the school
- Ensure the quality of teaching and learning is occurring
- Handle internal and external meetings in school
- With the Directors, discuss and implement career development of teachers and leadership potential
- Monitoring and observing performance of teachers and staffs
- Managing and conducting school finance based on budget
- Communicate in good and effective way with stakeholders in school
- Keeping good relationship with all stakeholders related to the school
- Coordinating and handling the accreditation of the school
