- Teaching and following a daily routine for children age 3-6 years old.
- Adapting the program to suit the needs of the individual child or group.
- Consistently planning innovative ways of keeping children actively engaged.
- Imparting knowledge to children through fun and play.
- Ensuring the social and emotional growth of the child.
- Addressing the physical and emotional needs of the individual child or group.
- Making lesson plans in accordance with our curriculum.
- Being a team leader, guiding your team with open communication and motivation.
- Can work independently or be a team player.
- Keeping the work place neat and tidy.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents.
- Participating in school events including end of year concert.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year experience in teaching.
- S1 degree holder in either Psychology or Early Childhood Education.
- Fluent in English and good communication skills.
- Experience in social media is a bonus.
- Is able to sing or play a musical instrument.
- Can work independently or in a team.
- Has a warm and caring nature.
- Is willing to make detailed lesson plans and observation.
- Can travel to Kemang, South Jakarta.
- Willing to work on Saturday if needed.
