Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s  degree in logistics, customs, Transportation Management or related fields;
  • Hold active PPJK Certification;
  • At least 3 years of experience in PPJK or customs-related roles;
  • Preferably with a background in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent;
  • Having knowledge about export import based on Indonesian regulation, licenses, and supporting documents;
  • Familiar with import-export documents (PIB, PEB, Bill of Lading, etc.);
  • Proficient in using customs software (such as CEISA);
  • Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities;

Good command of English (both verbal and written), able to speak another language (ex:

Mandarin) will be plus point;

  • Ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Able to join as soon as possible.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle customs administration for import and export;
  • Manage licenses and necessary documents for customs clearance, such as PIB, PEB, etc.
  • Checking HS Code;
  • perform accurate calculation on customs duties, taxes, + fees;
  • Monitoring response from the system (Notul, NPD, DNP) and forward to CS Team;
  • Ensure all customs documentation is complete and compliant with regulations;
  • Oversee and monitor the customs clearance from start to finish;
  • Coordinate with customs, shipping lines, and other related parties to ensure smooth shipment processes;
  • Resolve issues related to customs documentation and shipment;
  • Stay updated on new customs regulations and policies;
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on customs processes for management;
  • Maintain good relationships with customs officers and related authorities;
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant customs procedures and regulations.
