Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience at the managerial level, managing an R&D team in a Food Manufacturing Company.
- Extensive experience in food product development and handling R&D/Product Development teams.
- In-depth knowledge of spread production processes and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Sanitation, and 5S programs in the food manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- English language proficiency (both written and spoken) is required.
- Willing to be based in the Bekasi area
