Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed MEP drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and codes.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from the engineering team.
- Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with other drafters and designers to ensure consistency across projects.
Qualifications:
Education:
Diploma or degree in drafting, engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in MEP drafting.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of MEP systems and design principles.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes.
- Knowledge of local building codes and standards.
- Certification in MEP drafting or design.
