Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Design HVAC systems for industrial buildings.
- Install HVAC systems according to design specifications.
- Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers on project designs.
- Review design by Consulting and contractors
- Make BOQ and budget for installation
- supervision installation and ensure all HVAC work complies with relevant codes and standards.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and to the highest quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for equipment and materials.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
- Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Understand Fire fighting system
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
