Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and cultivate strategic partnerships with institutions and other brands to drive user acquisition and enhance Halodoc’s brand visibility and reach.
- Actively seek out networking opportunities to identify potential partnerships and negotiate mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with our business objectives.
- Craft compelling marketing proposals for partners, ensuring seamless execution and comprehensive reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives and achieve marketing goals.
- Coordinate and oversee partnership activities, including the development of collaborative content, organization of events (both online and offline), and management of other confirmed activities.
- Ensure that all partnership initiatives are executed effectively and contribute to our overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in partnership management, account management, or related roles.
- Proven track record in partnership management, account management, or related roles, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Deep understanding of partnership management and community engagement strategies to foster collaborative relationships and drive business growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels and build trust.
- Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities. Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns to promote partnerships and drive user acquisition.
- Proficiency in data analysis and insights to inform strategic decision-making and measure partnership performance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and challenges.
