About The Company:
- The working venue is in Surabaya.
- Our client is a Logistics company. Currently, they are looking for Mandarin Speaker Import Customer Service Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer service team.
- Handle customer maintenance, quotations, and exceptions.
- Responsible for daily follow up operation, cost application, customs clearance, delivery and receipt, bill confirmation and collection, data filing, etc.
- Consultation on export and import business, SOP process optimization, complete the work with the port of departure/destination.
- Assist the superior to complete other jobs.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum High School Graduate.
- Mandarin high conversational level is a MUST and basic English.
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in the logistics industry.
- Minimum 2 years management experience.
- Good communication skill, coordinating skill, and detail oriented.
