- Professional legal for support Various Business on Holding Company.
- Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
- Mastering and knowing the process of foreign capital investment.
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
- Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legal and permit matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree majoring Law with minimum GPA 3.00, or Master Degree would be an advantage
- Age 30-45 years old
- Minimum 5 years experience as Legal & Permit in Managerial level on Mining / Manufacture / Contruction company
- Good Knowledge for OSS System
- Strong Legal & Permit Experiences in Corporate Law, Land Acquisition and Land Permit, Litigation
