Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify skill gaps and learning requirements for employees.
- Design and develop culturally relevant and engaging end-to-end learning journeys tailored to the organization’s needs and regulatory goals.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure that learning initiatives support both operational and non-operational functions within the company.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously enhance the learning experience based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Provide administrative support for learning programs at Lamipak.
- Maintain and manage the learning facility for our educational initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in training, learning, or talent development.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent copywriting abilities.
- Basic design skills (familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, etc.).
- Basic video editing skills (experience with Adobe Premiere).
- Proficient in English, capable of using it as a working language.
- Willingness to be based in Cikande – Kabupaten Serang.
