- Alma Kindergarten, is seeking an inspiring and visionary School Teacher to lead our kindergarten program. We are looking for a passionate educator who is committed to nurturing the whole child and fostering a love for learning in a joyful and sustainable environment.
Job Inquiries:
- Montessori diploma/teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
- Understanding of Montessori philosophy and teaching methods, with the ability to implement them effectively in the classroom.
- Fluent in english
- Passionate for working with young children.
- Strong understanding of child development and learning.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Ability to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
Job Description:
- Plan and implement Montessori-based lessons and activities.
- Observe and assess student progress.
- Foster a love for learning and exploration in young children.
- Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities
- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents about student progress.
- Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations
