- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting. Experience with network configurations and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Experience:
Previous experience in an IT support or help desk role (1-3 years preferred).
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
