- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on company devices (laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, Access Doors).
- Recording IT assets.
- Supporting users with IT-related issues.
- Ensuring security of endpoint devices.
- Managing and configuring network security devices like firewalls and VPNs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in installing and upgrading OS Windows
- Experience in troubleshooting PC, laptop, and printer hardware
- Understanding of network, wifi, IP address, routing, cabling, etc.
- Able to draw network topology
Prefer to have technical skills:
mikrotik, linux, powershell, & scripting bash
