Responsibilities:
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on endpoint devices (laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, Access Doors).
- Recording IT assets.
- Supporting users with IT-related issues.
- Ensuring security of endpoint devices.
- Managing and configuring network security devices like firewalls and VPNs.
- Proficiency in Mikrotik.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Systems, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to work in a team, quick learner, hardworking, and capable of working under pressure.
- Experience in installing and troubleshooting PC, laptop, and printer hardware
