Job Description
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.
- Provide training to employees on health and safety practices and emergency procedures.
- Work towards obtaining relevant certifications related to environmental management(e.g ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, or other management system certificate).
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standard for pre and post tender bidding projects i.e CSMS table
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise awareness and understanding of QHSE practices among employees at office or at project site.
- Liaise and assist other departments for tender bidding documentations and QHSE implementations.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Very good command of spoken and written English (equivalent to B2 level or above).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Hard-working and passionate about learning.
- Prompt response to clients and team members and ready to work overtime if required.
Priority Qualifications:
- min 5 years working experience as HSE related positions.
- Has K3L certifications, has ISO Certification (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001), has QHSE Internal Auditor Certification.
- Experienced in HSE management.
- Experienced in construction company, oil & gas company, mining company.
