- 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
- Proficient in HRIS, FIGMA and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with statistical analysis software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
