- Proficient in HR administration and skilled in people management, possessing a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Job Description:
- Formulate plans and policies related to employee compensation, benefits, health, safety, etc.
- Create and execute strategies for evaluating performance, staffing, training, and development, among other areas.
- Supervise HR Generalist and offer expert guidance
- Oversee all HR and GA activities, initiatives, systems, and tactics
- Design programs and policies aimed at improving employee growth and satisfaction.
