REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Capital Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., HRM, CHRM, CHRP) is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management and general affairs, with at least two years in a supervisory role.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR Principles, practices, and regulations (UU Cipta Kerja, BPJS, etc).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Asset management.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Oversee HR Functions:

Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

Policy Development:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Employee Relations:

Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

Training and Development:

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Compensation and Benefits:

Create and manage compensation strategies, benefits programs, and payroll processes.

Compliance:

Ensure the organization complies with local, state, and federal regulations.

General Affairs Management:

Oversee office administration and facilities management.

Travel Management:

Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and lead a team of HR and administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
