Job Description
- Our company, Pacific Group of Companies Indonesia, is a holding group that draws its lineage from a trusted multi-national group corporation from the middle east, was started business in 1998 in Indonesia. Our businesses are in manufacturing Palm Oil and exporting various palm oil commodities and its derivative sectors from Indonesia to the Global Market.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Payroll Report;
- Manage BPJS TK and BPJS Kesehatan all employees;
- Manage end to end recruitment & employee onboarding process
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases
Requirements:
- University Degree in any field
- Have 3 years working experiences as a HR Generalist and payroll
- Have excellent understanding about Labour Law (UU TK no.13, UUCK, PP 35, PP 36), BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, etc.
- Understand PPH 21 will be advantage.
- Have a good knowledge and well experience in Payroll (Salary calculation, BPJS, PPh21), compensation and benefits, end to end Recruitment, performance appraisal, on boarding and off boarding.
- Able to build and maintain good relationship with internal & external stakeholder.
- Excellent in operating computer (Microsoft Office).
- Strong Analytical Thinking
- Good administration skill
- Good command in English both conversation and written.
- Candidates domiciled in Kalimantan Barat region are preferable or willing to be placed in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat.
