Job Description:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that business resourcing needs are met within the agreed-upon timelines.
- Implement new HR policies, procedures, and benefits for employees on-site.
- Plan and oversee onsite manpower resources including full-time employees and outsourced labor.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization.
- Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, conducting exit interviews, and gathering feedback for improvement.
- Work with management team to develop and execute talent management, development, and training initiatives.
- Address employee relations issues, manage grievances, and handle disciplinary actions in a proper conduct.
- Collaborate with people managers to guide employee behavior and resolve problems in alignment with corporate culture, values, and compliance standards.
- Engage in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.
- Manage HR administrative tasks related to HR systems and the full employee lifecycle.
What we are looking for:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree (any relevant field).
- With at least 2-3 years of HR operations experience. Preferably from a manufacturing or logistics industry.
- With experience in working with blue collar employees would be an advantage.
- With experience in training and development would be preferred.
- Good business level of English communication (verbal and written).
- With good interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions.
- Having a growth mindset and possess learning agility.
- Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced, developing project environment.
