Job Description

  • JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Identify and set HR management goals and align with company goals.
  • Develop, manage and monitor systems and planning activities for the human resources division and ensure they are in line with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Design, manage and control the human resources budget.
  • Carry out workforce planning and design an effective recruitment and selection system.
  • Design employee and leader development programs such as training, upskilling/reskilling, or coaching, based on data-based identification.
  • Monitor wage policies (such as annual salary surveys), keeping compensation & benefits programs competitive.
  • Review workload analysis, and ensure that the job description for each section is in accordance with its respective portion.
  • Supporting the running of the company’s business through employee development and productivity, creating a positive work environment, and creating new policies as needed.
  • Designing company SOP along with all procedures related to human resources.
  • Analyze work productivity and effectiveness through employee performance evaluations.
  • Designing retention strategies and succession plans.
  • Manage everything related to company licensing.
  • Manage and coordinate and supervise outsourced employees within the company (security, cleaning service and valet service).
  • Manage outside catering for daily lunch for all employees.
  • Reporting work processes and results to management.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Possessed at least a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Management (Preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Human Resources Manager (From F&B/Hospitality Industry are mandatory).
  • In-depth knowledge of HR Perspective and its implementation.
  • Have good knowledge of Recruitment Strategy.
  • Has experience in the fields of Talent Management, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and Operational HR.
  • In-depth knowledge with employment regulations and laws.
  • Good communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills related to internal and legal issues.
  • Attention to detail, and have problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Has a flexible personality and easy to mingle but remains firm.
  • Can work in a group/team.
  • Irrelevant experience will not be processed.
