Requirement:
- 1. Having minimum 1 year experience in similar position
- 2. Bachelor’s degree in Economic/Psychology/HR Management/related field
- 3. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excell)
- 4. Proficient in English (verbal & written) is a must
- 5. Excellent in communication, high integrity, aware and commit to tasks, willingness to learnd and have growth mindset.
- 6. High initiative, fast response, smart work
- 7. Have private transport
Responsibility:
- Responsible to do end to end recruitment process (Job advertisement preparation, CV Screening, interview, job offering process, etc)
- Handling employee internal/external training & onboarding training
- Manage HR correspondeces, HR service & HR Administration (onboarding, offboarding, probation/contract notification, employee attendance, employee database, etc)
- Overseeing daily office management & operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
- Providing administrative support for the General Affairs department
- Maintaining accurate and up-to -date records of office related transaction and activities
- Work closely with HR&GA Team
