Job Description
- We are looking for a passionate and organized person to join our team as a Furniture & Decoration Sourcing Agent based in Bali. This role involves managing a database of products and coordinating furniture and decor purchases for our projects, including custom items where material sourcing and research are required. You will also collaborate closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source high-quality furniture and decor items from local suppliers
- Research and source suitable materials for custom furniture and decor items
- Photograph products and input measurements and materials
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with the logistics team to manage shipments and deliveries
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
- Ensure all items meet design and quality specifications
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the furniture and decor market in Bali and Jawa
- Basic skills in photography
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design
