- Candidate must understand principles of finance, accounting & all of the taxes for a company
- Reconcile account payable & account receivable
- Reconcile all GL accounts on a monthly basis
- Close monthly & yearly financial statements
- Review & Check daily journal transactions (reconcile bank daily)
- Prepare forecast & budget
- Manage cashflow
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required preferable from E-Commerce Industry.
Required language(s):
English, Bahasa Indonesia
Required skill(s):
tax, brevet A, brevet B, brevet C, general accounting, advanced excel
- Proficient with PPH 21,22,23,25,29,4 (2) ,PPN, eSPT calculations
- Check daily book keeping & journal for all bank accounts and transactions
- Do adjustment entries at the end of the month before monthly closing
- Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills, need to know how to reconcile raw data fast
- Need to know how to use complex Microsoft Excel formula (VLOOKUP, IF, OR, PIVOT TABLE, ETC)
- Neat and tidy in documentations & filing
- Fast Learner and able work with minimum Supervision.
