Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in monitoring and recording daily financial transactions, ensuring all transactions are documented and recorded in compliance with company policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance and HQ teams, and maintain and update office documentation, files, and records in an organized manner.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for monthly and year-end closing activities.
  • Manage site petty cash for small daily expenses, ensuring proper recording and reconciling of petty cash transactions, and submit reports to HQ regularly.
  • Oversee full AR management, ensuring timely invoicing, monitoring outstanding payments, and following up with customers for overdue invoices. Conduct customer visits for payment collection if necessary.
  • Compile and consolidate daily production and sales reports and submit the compiled reports for HQ review on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare and issue local Delivery Orders (Surat Jalan), including monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Manage site matters, such as payment for daily workers and purchasing materials required for production locally.
  • Liaise with local correspondences, such as banks, tax offices, and other government agencies.
  • Responsible for bridging communication between the hatchery and HQ or other departments regarding administrative matters
