Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor (Coal Trading)
- We are a prominent company in the coal trading industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled Finance Accounting Tax Assistant Manager with expertise in managing financial processes, international correspondence, and tax regulations. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in coal trading and international transactions.
Responsibilities:
- • Handle financial operations related to coal trading, including payment processing and invoicing.
- • Correspond with international buyers regarding payment terms, contracts, and Letters of Credit (LC).
- • Manage and oversee tax-related matters in compliance with local and international regulations.
- • Review and manage coal sales contracts to ensure alignment with agreed terms.
- • Coordinate payment schedules and follow up on invoices to ensure timely payments.
- • Collaborate with internal teams on finance, accounting, and tax documentation for export transactions.
Requirements:
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax management, particularly in coal trading or related commodities industries.
- • Strong knowledge of Letters of Credit (LC), payment processing, and contract terms.
- • Ability to communicate effectively in English for international correspondence.
- • Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance standards.
- • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
