- Your contribution as Payroll Services Expert is crucial in ensuring smooth payroll operation. We are looking for a candidate with seasoned track-record in delivering seamless pay disbursement, bringing with you a sound knowledge of Indonesia’s statutory compliance.

- Description
Manage the end-to-end monthly ID payroll process, including:
Providing variable data to payroll vendor, perform initial analysis on payroll reports and its statutory components, to ensure payroll process is aligned with the initial timeline to achieve timely salary disbursement.
- Ensure timeliness of monthly statutory payment and filing (Income tax, social security).
- Provide timely response to employee’s query in daily basis to fulfil employee’s needs.
- Build synergy and positive relationship with internal stakeholders (Accounting team, consolidation team, tax team, POPS team, procurement team) and provide regular reports to support business unit in timely manner (i.e. Payroll summary, headcount report, profit and cost center report).
- Contribute in HRIS improvement agenda.
- Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end payroll
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other related field from a reputable university
- Excellent communication in English with the ability to collaborate with multi-stakeholders in different countries
- Excellent knowledge in operating excel
- Able to adapt with fast-paced environment
