Qualifications:
- – Minimum D3 / S1 any major
- – Minimum GPA 2.75
- – Experience minimum 2 year in hospitality or travel industry
- – Fluent in English both of Written and Speaking (Minimum B2 level required)
- – Communicative
- – Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday
- – Willing to be placed in BALI
Responsibility:
- – Answering an Incoming calls and Respond to Email
- – Handle Customer Inquiries by calls and email
- – Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
- – Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
- – Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
- – Complete All Chat Logs
- – Updating customers profile into computer
- – Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
- – Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
