Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance management, licensing and permit or related roles in the healthcare, retail, or startup sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and licensing processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
Licensing Management:
- Oversee the application and renewal processes for all clinic licenses, including operational and practice licenses as per Indonesian regulations.
- Ensure timely submission of all required documents and fees to relevant authorities.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Monitor changes in healthcare laws and regulations to ensure that all clinics comply with local and national requirements.
- Develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures aligned with Indonesian regulations.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the clinic and regulatory bodies, including the Ministry of Health and local health offices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and cooperation.
Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports on licensing status, compliance audits, and regulatory changes for management review.
- Provide recommendations for improving compliance processes and addressing potential regulatory issues.
