HRIS Development and Maintenance:
Design, develop, and maintain features for the HRIS using C# and related technologies.
System Integration:
Integrate the HRIS with other internal systems and third-party applications.
Data Management:
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the HRIS.
Customizations:
Customize the HRIS to meet specific organizational needs, including workflows, reports, and dashboards.
User Support:
Provide technical support and training to HR staff and other system users.
System Upgrades:
Implement system upgrades and improvements as necessary, staying current with HRIS trends and technologies.
Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system architecture, data models, and user manuals.
Compliance:
Ensure the HRIS complies with all relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in C# development and working with HRIS systems
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in C#, VB, and MySql.
- Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API development.
Knowledge of front-end technologies:
- Data structures and algorithms
- Database (SQL/Mongo/Postgree)
- Object-oriented programming (OOP) languages .NET, Laravel, Node JS
- Integrated development environments (IDEs)
- Cloud computing
- API’s
- Containers / Microservices
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus.
- Experience with API integration and development.
