Job Description
- 1. Bachelor of Laws with a minimum GPA of 3.25
- 2. Have at least 1 (one) year of experience in a Well-Known Law Firm in Jakarta or Bandung
- 3. Have knowledge regarding general corporate matters (merger, acquisition, shareholder agreement)
- 4. Have ability to conduct legal research
- 5. Have capability to communicate in Mandarin, English and Indonesia is Preferred
- 6. Have capability to analyze the problem and seek for solution
- 7. Able to work under tight schedule
- 8. Able to think and work fast
- 9. Max 35 (thirty five) years old
