- Ensuring staff uniform compliance through regular checks and maintaining signed documents for accountability.
- Conducting inventory checks for uniforms and equipment on a regular basis.
- Performing weekly surveys at each location to evaluate processes, equipment functionality, quality standards, and hygiene practices.
