- 1. Building relationships with customers or corporations.
- 2. Identify, clarify and validate customer needs.
- 3. Perform monthly reports on sales & account management activities.
- 4. Strategic planning in managing account department.
- 5. Perform budget control needed for sales activities.
- 6. Coordinate with internal & external in sales activities and ongoing projects.
- 7. Checking for contracts that have just started or renewed.
Qualifications:
- 1. Preferably Bachelor degree majoring Management or equivalent.
- 2. Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as Account Manager in Travel Industry.
- 3. Fast learner and able to work under pressure.
- 4. Mature managerial and leadership skills, passionate to achieve targets, persistent.
- 5. Corporate travel knowledge will be an advantage.
- 6. Able to work both individually and in a team.
- 7. Good negotiation and analytical skills.
- 8. Good written and oral communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- 9. Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point literate is a must.
