Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and invite TikTok merchants to collaborate with our MCN, focusing on expanding brand partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with top influencers/KOLs across various fields, developing strategies to recruit high-potential influencers into our network.
- Collaborate with brands and KOLs to design and execute impactful influencer marketing campaigns on TikTok.
- Utilize and analyze TikTok dashboards to optimize campaign performance and maximize results.
- Set up and manage TAP Links for influencers, enhancing content management and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, KPIs, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in TikTok shops or MCN environments.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ad Dashboard and management tools.
- Experience in influencer recruitment and KOL management across various sectors.
- Strong understanding of tools like event management and TAP Links.
- In-depth knowledge of advertising strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience in brand or talent acquisition.
- Goal-oriented and capable of working under pressure to achieve optimal results.
- Able to speak Mandarin is a plus
