Solo Baru, Central Java.

Job Purpose:

  • As a Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent to fuel Emtrade’s growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with candidates, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies using various channels such as job portal, social media & internal references; and various methods accordingly such as interview, skill test & psychological test.
  • Manage recruitment pipelines from sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for various roles, ensuring alignment with our company culture and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and provide expert recruiting guidance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably proven track record of hiring for positions in Education Technology / Financial Technology Company.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and talent market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, or equivalent major is a plus.
