Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Designing improvements to software application to address client specific needs, to enhance modules and/or workflows as well as to expand the system to adapt to ever changing requirements
- Manage all aspects related to our client business process, operation, strategy, planning, coordination, scheduling, and also their technical equipment and software
- Create functional and technical specifications or other documents for software/application
- Coordinate the development of test problems to debug the system and participate in trial runs
- Ensure system quality by doing software testing or other quality control activities
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or related field
- Minimal 2-4 years of working experience as System Analyst
- Experience in Creating Business Requirement Definition for IT Projects (using Software design framework such as UML, SDLC, ERD, etc.)
- Familiar with microservice and agile development
- Must have experience in working as liaison between business & technical team
- Experience as Software Developer is a plus
- Possess good presentation skills
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Willing to learn, well organized, have high initiatives and excellent team work
