Qualification:
- Minimum Associate’s degree (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering.
- Having >1 year experience in asset management, financial analysis, or project management within the F&B industry or related sectors.
- Proven track record of managing assets or warehouse
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and asset management software/tools
Job Description:
- Manage & supervise the maintenance and upkeep of all F&B assets, including kitchen equipment, machinery, facilities, and infrastructure.
- Develop & implement asset management strategies to maximize asset performance and lifespan.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs, repairs, and replacements.
- Coordinate with external vendors & contractors for maintenance and repair projects.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all asset-related activities.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and supplies necessary for asset maintenance.
- Train & mentor maintenance staff on proper asset management procedures and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize asset utilization and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports and documentation on asset performance, maintenance activities, and budget expenditures
