- Program Development
- Create Program to Improve Acquisition & Revenue. Starting from Market Analysis, alignment with related team, managing cost and implementation.
- Socialization Program & Communication
- Doing Socialization Program to Partner & Region. Alignment with Product team, Head of Sales, Head of Circle/Region, Marketing Communication and related function in Region
- Logistic & Distribution Management
- Create efficient and cost-effective to support the company’s operational and business objectives.
- Ontime Fulfillment allocation and good Distribution (All Partner meet optimal allocation) to ensure accuracy and quality in logistics operation
- Reporting, Review Achievement & Tracking to ensure all Revenue, manage cost as planned
- Program Operation
- Coordination with related stakeholder to ensure all activity process in running well & inline
- List Down Case Program Problem Acquisition & Trade and cascade complaint handling to related team
- Adhoc & Project /Collaboration
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a focus distribution, trade Marketing, supply chain management and supervisory skill
- Strong understanding in Retailer business and Retailer programs
- Shall come from Telecommunication Industry, \consumer goods and retail industries or related role which exposed on market dynamics and customer behavior
- Strong Data analysis competencies and Cost ratio analytical skill
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Enjoy the collaboration with lots of parties
- High Commitment to build a strong team in a long term journey
Marketing Channels:
Familiarity with various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, in-store promotions, and merchandising.
Leadership competency skill:
Operational Decision Making, Innovation, Entrepreneurial Business Insight & Leading Execution
Technical Proficiency:
Advance Ms Excel, Ms Office, Power Point, Power BI, Tableau, Budget Management
