Responsibilities:
- Looking for potential location, renewal the unit, in order to maintain and increasing the number of store
- Maintain good relationship with Mall / Landlord / other Thrid Party
- Looking for potential location, renewal the unit, in order to maintain and increasing the number of store
- Check and review the commercial terms of LOO/LOI/Lease Agreement
- Ensure the store going well without any problem (complaint or outstanding that cause electricity off) with mall / the lessor
- Provide and responsible in collecting the Letter of Intent from investors
- Know and understand the retail development (new malls, other brand, include the competitor)
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Real Estate Planning
- At least 2 years experience as an Business development in retail industry
- Good communication skills in English both oral and written
- Good maintain in data and reporting
- Good communicative, cooperative, detail and willing to mobile
