Job Description
Key job responsibilities include:
- Provide consistent after-sales services to customers and handle sales-related paperwork.
- Process new develop order and create sales confirmation.
- Filling documents & data process.
- Responsible for achieving individual/team targets set by the company.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and provide necessary support throughout the sales process.
- Planning & control delivery, AR, FG stock, forecast paper.
- Handling Import/Export matter including prepare customer documents according to freight delivery needs if needed.
- Able to manage daily operation works inclusive AR, pending shipment, compiling SC orders, and to coordinate with Mills operational.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with experience in sales, import/export administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong communication in English
- Familiar with all Ms. Office
- Fast learner, good teamwork, open minded and having the mindset of continuous grow.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail for managing data and coordinating multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willing to work in Medan, North Sumatera
