Requirements:
- Minimum 35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in all major
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the Vehicles or Smartphone Industry
- Domicile in Kalimantan and Sulawesi and surrounding areas
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Have good interpersonal skills and leadership skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Having valid driver’s license
- Placement in Kalimantan and Sulawesi area
- Can Join Immadiately
Job responsibilities:
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences
- Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Shipper’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Managing objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Assisting with the selling of our store’s products and services and assisting to maximize sales
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers’ problems
- Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary goals
- Analyse sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps
- Use data and insights to refine sales strategies and improve store performance.
- Responsible for reporting division activities and expenses.
