Position:
Sales Engineer (Panel, Electrical)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for our range of low-voltage electrical panels and DC power supply systems.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing technical solutions and product support.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend the right products and solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the sales team and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the electrical engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Technical knowledge of low-voltage electrical panels and DC power supply systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade all levels within an organization.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Target-oriented.
- Strong customer handling skills.
- Possesses a network, preferably with active clients.
Job Description:

- Capable of leading, coordinating, and achieving the company’s targets.
