Responsibilities:

  • – Drive market share growth in Indonesia.
  • – Focus on software sales to build B2B IT relationships.
  • – Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, surveys, and events.
  • – Understand customer needs to suggest suitable IT products.
  • – Assist in contract processes, including follow-ups, proposals, and onboarding.
  • – Manage and update the CRM for sales tracking.
  • – Collaborate with teams to streamline lead management.
  • – Proactively source leads through various channels.
  • – Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • – Respect and adapt to a multi-cultural environment.
  • – Provide feedback to the sales team on lead quality.

Qualifications:

  • – 2-3 years of B2B lead generation experience (preferably in IT/SaaS).
  • – Basic understanding of Cloud/SaaS solutions (no implementation required).
  • – Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation software.
  • – Experience in a revenue-target role is essential.
  • – Background in managing corporate accounts.
  • – Proven track record of meeting performance metrics.
  • – Ability to engage C-level executives effectively.
  • – Strong presentation and communication skills in English.
  • – Experience with E-commerce sellers and retailers in Indonesia is a plus.
  • – Ability to collaborate with global teams across different cultures and time zones.
