Responbilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin speaking clients. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet the targets, keep up to date with market trends, and adjust as needed. Provide clear product explanations and presentations and handle client inquiries. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to increase sales and improve customer service. Ensure client satisfaction by handling complaints and inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum 4 years of experience as sales role in property industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand market trends and client needs.
- Motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
