Due to our rapid expanding growth, currently we are looking for immediately many profesionals and potential people especially who experienced in Food & Beverage Industry to be placed and trained as our next leaders in the company.
- Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) Food Technology, Chemistry.
- 2-3 Years experience in food/beverage product development.
- Familiar with BPOM Regulation (able to convert the contents of BPOM regulations with factory compliance).
- Involve deep in Internal and eksternal audit (related to BPOM, halal, BPJPH).
- Strong Planning and Strong keeping documentation, well organized both hardcopy and soft copy.
- Familiar with sensory panel test.
- Good knowledge of HACCP and GMP.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in English both spoken and written.
- Willing to work in Saturday and Placement in Cibitung, Bekasi.
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct activities lab scale product & formula verification.
- Involve product trial in production scale in production scale.
- Plan, monitoring new and existing product stability.
- Manage sensory panel test.
- Handle food and beverage regulation (BPOM, MUI, BPJPH).
- Manage document (product specs, SDS, product ingridients).
