Job Description
- We are plastic packaging manufacturer focusing on food packaging and other fast moving consumer goods item, looking for Regional Sales Manager based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
Key responsibilities include:
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.
- Set individual and team sales targets, and monitor performance.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Adjust strategies based on performance analysis.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the sales budget.
- Ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Qualifications:
- Highly experienced with F&B, FMCG, Plastic industries (min 3-5 years)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Min 5 years of sales experience, with minimum 3 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Minimum age 30, Maximum age 45
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Developing KPI
- Strategic thinking to develop sales strategies based on market & trends
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals & build client relationships
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trands, to make informed decisions
- Agile & Flexible to adjust strategies in rapidly changing market
- Time management to meet deadline & work under pressure
Working Conditions:
- Willing to travel & be placed in Jawa Timur (Surabaya)
