Job Description
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of non-production materials in Indonesia, with a focus on quality and quantity;
- Timely issuance of purchase orders and control of material delivery schedules;
- Handling delivery exceptions, incoming material quality, quantity, and various anomalies;
- Responsible for supplier delivery assessment and management;
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Qualifications
- College degree or above;
- Proficient in using office software and ERP systems;
- More than 2 years of procurement experience, familiar with auxiliary materials such as equipment, accessories, materials needed for engineering construction, production consumables, stationery, and labor protection supplies;
- Proficient in written and spoken English;
- Good communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, and high execution efficiency;
- Good professional ethics.
- Experience on Toys manufacturing will be an advantages
